The Project

Investigate the problems that healthcare workers had using a standard oversized shield over a surgical mask. Communication was their biggest concern. The laying of masks and shield made it difficult to talk or even express emotion in trying times.

The Process

Developed an anti-fog and anti scratch hard coating to be applied to the interior of the shield. Designed two face guards that can fit 90% of users face and still create a tight seal.

The Innovation

We designed a full face guard with replaceable filters on the visor that help cool and prevent fogging. This solution deters the spread of infectious diseases. Keep yours eyes safe from unwanted fluids. Filters air in and out of the mask capturing 99.97% of particles (0.3NM)
